Louise Owen established Success For Business Ltd in October 2011. She has over 30 years’ experience in business, finance, banking and consultancy across all industry sectors. She has helped turn round the financial performance of many companies resulting in significant numbers of jobs being created or saved.
She is passionate about the food and drink sector and has gained great satisfaction in assisting over 200 Lancashire based businesses get their products to a wider market and improve their financial performance.
Success means different things to people and the aim of Success for Business Ltd is to help you to make the most out of your business and to achieve whatever you are aspiring to.
" I often meet business owners who work incredibly hard in their businesses but they are not getting the rewards they deserve for the time they put in. Sometimes these businesses are doing okay but there is potential to do much better. It is easy to get tied down with the day-to-day operations of the business and sometimes difficult to see the wood for the trees.
What I do is encourage clients to take some time out each week to work on and not in the business. Help them to look at the business from an outside perspective and we look in depth at what they are doing. I challenge the status quo and inspire clients to make positive changes in their businesses which leads to increased profitability, greater satisfaction and more time to do the things they enjoy"
